Meet Jenny
founder of City n Tails
I’ve been a dog mama for over 11 years to (in my opinion) the cutest miniature schnauzer named Astro, you might see him in our pictures from time to time. I’m an outdoor enthusiast, animal lover, pet pawparazzi, and most importantly your pet sitter/dog walker.
For me, safety is my number one priority in caring for your animals, which is why I have acquired Pet First Aid certification from St. John's Ambulance for this job but as well for my own knowledge to be prepared for the unexpected. I have years of experience with different daily pet care routines and some medical topics relating to pet health, which include dental care, fur care, exercise, skunk aftermath, arthritis care and administering oral medicine.
I love exploring nature and enjoy having a buddy with me. I try and get to parks and other natural areas as much as I can, so you can count on your dog being super spoiled and enjoying as much of the outdoors as possible. When I walk my dog, that's his time to let loose and explore as much as possible; and I'd love to offer the exact same to your furry friend, but if you're working on walking techniques, I will follow suit and help with training as much as possible. And of course, do some cute photoshoots for the proud parents as well!

We're here not only to provide the utmost care for your fur babes, but to also give them chances for structure building, enrichment activites and exploration. We know that pet ownership comes with the responsibility to give your dog experiences and when you're in a bind, you can depend on us to deliver that!

My love for all pets, big and small is constantly expanding, and my compassionate and positive personality, my dependable and reliable job performance, and an open schedule to work on weekends, holidays, evenings and overnight, I feel are a right fit for caring for your furry loved ones. I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life.But, recently I’ve become a proud dog mama myself. I rescued my dog Luna last year in Northern Saskatchewan, and it has been the most amazing year of my life! She has my heart and soul wrapped around her little paws!
