Policies
Cancellation Policy
City n Tails reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service.
Distance Policy
If the Client lives more than 15 kilometers away from the Sitter, the Sitter will be charging an extra $0.50 cents per kilometer.
Holiday Policy
If the Client is booking the Sitter to watch their pet on a holiday, the Sitter will be charging 2x the amount for the day/per visit that day.
Vaccination Policy
Client represents and warrants that pet(s) are currently vaccinated in accordance with all local and federal laws and regulations.
Cat Drop Ins Policy
City n Tails will not provide every other day visits for Cat Drop Ins, or any other pets for that matter.
Nor will City n Tails provide a Drop In service for one pet and be told to ignore the other pet in a multi pet household.
No Shared Visits Policy
City n Tails will not share services with another company or a "trusted" friend/family member in caring for a pet.
